Minimalistic and tasteful design and good music! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they took time to talk to me about the beans in the hopper and even let me to see the roaster upstairs. What a great place to wind down after a busy day – Mind The Cup is a cool coffee shop and the roaster. A great stop for food or coffee that isn't in the center of busy streets. Lovely service, very clean and accommodating. Went on a Tuesday mid-morning in August and it was quiet.
The space is full of stickers and has a very “lived-in” feel. Not something we would typically eat for breakfast or brunch in the states so it was a cool experience. A bartender near coffe market our airbnb told us this place is the best coffee in Athens with very good breakfast.
